VertData, Inc. ("VertData", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to transparency in how we collect, use, and protect data. By using VertData's services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Data We Collect

VertData collects publicly available business, property, and professional records from government filings, county assessor databases, state bar records, and other public sources. All data in our platform is sourced from publicly accessible information.

3. How We Use Data

We use collected data to power our search and enrichment platform, improve data quality, and provide AI-scored insights to our customers. We do not sell individual contact data to third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to VertData's services.

4. Compliance

VertData complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and CAN-SPAM Act. Data subjects may request removal of their records by contacting privacy@vertdata.com.

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted to authenticated users with active subscriptions. We undergo regular third-party security audits.
